Airline trays
More and more airlines choose the clean, convenient and easy way to place a non-skid surface on their serving trays. This is much more environmentally friendly than the usual silicone paper, saves the placement, removal and disposal of the paper and guarantees a higher flexibility. Dish washing tests of the trays with Ornamin-films have also shown that the non-skid coating outlasts the tray itself.
Packaging
We have specialised in labels for the durable decoration of comparatively high-value specialist packaging. In this segment we use various materials such as PS, ABS, PET, SAN, PC PP und PE. More than that, we also supply IML for mass-produced packaging.
Advertising & Promotion
This market segment has the highest demands for graphic design and print quality. Our In-Mould Labels fulfil and surpass these demands easily. We implement even high gloss embossing in combination with different printing technologies for you.
Non-Skid surfaces
Aside from high-quality decoration we offer, especially for trays, a special added value: Non-skid surfaces. The special film made for trays are first printed and then a non-skid coating is applied.
Technical parts
For technical parts the main emphasis is on durability. With our labels that are printed on the reverse we adhere to this demand most enduringly. After injection the ink lies between the plastic film and the moulding compound and is therefore protected from outside influences.
Household and children’s products
Here the inks also generally don’t lie on the outside, so that the decorations are especially scratch resistant, hard-wearing and tough. By simply changing the labels in the production process you can realise different decorations without increasing production time or reducing capacity.
Office supplies
Particularly for these durable products variations of the decoration have to be realised without losing production capacity. A simple change of the labels makes downtime an insignificant factor. Of course, decorated products can be sold more easily as they stand out from the crowd.
