The focus of attention for the decoration of plastic products is turning more and more towards In-Mould Labelling (IML). This technology became known for disposable packaging such as yoghurt beakers and margarine tubs. We already used this technology in the 60s.
But durable plastic products also need to be decorated or identified. Products such as toys, trays, household articles or technical parts need a durable enhancement. A print that turns yellow or even totally disappears after a few dishwashing cycles or a couple of months out of doors are completely unsuitable.
For this need we offer you IML-foils for long life products. These labels bind to the injection material already in the injection process. Products produced this way remain attractive and functional for the whole duration of their life cycle.
We have specialised in this form of decoration and used the right printing technology for every application – often more than one technology in combination. We are not focussed on any particular technology, but choose the right one for your need.
